Quest items

So could someone plz tell me what i am spost to do with wicked spear i cant sell it wild or put in my stash ... -.-

Don't worry, you'll use it in a quest fairly soon.

You'll eventually get to the quest where you use the spear plus another item to unlock the upper left corner map areas of Act 2's current final quest, which also let's you get to where you can unlock the next difficulty level once you do.
