Trial of ascendancy take upwards of 30 mins to complete
No problem dedicating 30 minutes of my time to complete these. But then, your game client crashes near the end and this has already happened several times to me.
No checkpoints anywhere... You do not respect your players' time. Your game is boring and worse in every way compared to POE1. Endgame sucks. Repetitive as hell and a constant chore. Experimentation is discouraged because there is no loot until late maps with juice. You are using sextant system with these 'Towers'. That system was replaced for a reason. you actually can leave Trial of Sekhemas after completing a trial room
Once you have reached the map room after completing a trail, - Open the Trial Map - Locate the "Leave Trials" button - Click it ![]() ![]() You'll be returned to the trial entrance where you can leave and come back To return, - Travel manually via waypoint to the Trial of Sekhemas - Access the Map panel - Click "ENTER" - The door will open to return to the trial ![]() ![]() Last edited by Helios#8298 on Apr 17, 2025, 6:55:27 PM

I am well aware of that. Point is, once your game crashes, you do not return to most recently completed floor. You lose all progress.

" Okay I had no idea this existed and it's amazing. This might be a life saver for the third ascendancy trial where I get bored, impatient, and then start making careless mistakes. Being able to take breaks could make the difference. " The problem is no checkpoints, right? And the game crashing reverts you to an earlier state but without checkpoints you lose all trial progress. What if you left the trial and came back a few times when you next attempt it, effectively creating checkpoints? Then when the game crashes it might revert you to before you resumed the trial and you won't have to do the whole thing over. It's worth a shot at least. |
