Ritual deferal cost reduction node not working

It sometimes applies 20 - 30 percent discount or none at all after patch 2.0.f. I think it might have to do something with how many ritual precursor tablets affecting the map but im not sure. But its definetly not applying the discount it previously did

I couldnt send the image but for example audience with the king says

future discount : 436

deferral fee : 0

Total cost : 436


im sure that i have the point on the discount node on atlas and i have all of the 8 ritual nodes

i got into a map that was affected by less tablets and the same items price is
