Atlas - Map not unlocking some conncted maps

Here I came in from the right. Two maps above and map to the lower right unlocked as expected after completion. Map to the lower left and (more importantly) the tower to the left did not. Last bumped on Apr 17, 2025, 2:05:58 AM

When I circled around and unlocked the tower from above, the dotted lines connecting the original map point to the ones that failed to unlock disappeared.
