Reduced EXP loss at higher levels given increased difficulty of game

Getting to level 100 in version 0.1 was something I knew I could do, but I understood would be extremely difficult, time consuming, and require intense dedication.

Now I understand that getting 1 additional level from 95 to 96 in version 0.2 will be impossible. Compared to 0.1 where the occasional mistake wouldn't 1-shot me and I had 5x clear speed, 0.2 now requires of me absolutely perfect gameplay for 5x as long. The moment I make a mistake and die, it's 2.5% exp loss (that's with omen of amelioration) which puts me back about 30 minutes worth of game time at my current EXP rates.

I've accepted that I'm basically hard stuck at 0% exp at level 95 in standard.

I do decent damage and have decent clear speed (after fixing my patch-induced bricked build), For reference, I have 1K energy shield, ~50% max energy shield stun threshold, 3.2K mana, eldritch battery, CI, max elemental resistances, and can consistently do ~50KDPS with cold damage.

Possible solutions:
-ALL BOSSES (not just pinnacle) should have 0% exp loss to reward us for getting through the boss. I wouldn't even mind reduced loot rate for every death.
-Reduce base EXP loss from death to monsters from 10% to 5%. You've slowed gameplay down AT LEAST 2x for us. Least you can do is reduce EXP loss penalties by 2x as well.

What is so hard to understand, you aren't supposed to get to 100 easily. This isn't Diablo where the endgames starts at 100, here 100 is the end of leveling and grants you no magical powers.

It's supposed to be a long grind that only the dedicated actually achieve.
