Can add gem socket to scepter but can't add any gems into it

After 0.2.0f I am now able to socket my scepter with an Artificer's Orb, but after adding the socket it won't accept ANY runes.

Can confirm, I have a sceptre with a socket but none of the runes I have can be put it (doesn't glow like the rest).
