Bahlak, the Sky Seer have overpower damage

Infernalist, 89 lvl, have 2k HP and 5K ES.

I can freely live against several hits from two other bosses from Trial of Chaos.
But tornados from Bahlak - it is oneshot. No chance of surviving even one hit when he casts tornado.

This boss's damage seems very overtuned, agreed. Comparing the damage values between the Ultimatum bosses it's absurd- for example, Uxmal's very telegraphed fireball attack does way less damage (even before mitigations) than any of Bahlak's random spam that is difficult to see or react to.

And then Bahlak's lacerate attack that is used multiple times. This is just for one hit, and is pure phys damage:


I might be reading it incorrectly but literally one lacerate from Bahlak is doing at minimum 3.2k pure phys damage before mitigations, which is very likely to stun lock you into taking more hits after.
