Volcanic Eruption not triggering

I can sockel Volcanic Eruption into Rapid Assault but it does not trigger attacking ignited enemys with it.

Also Herald of Ash seems to ignite enemys and damage them, but does not give them the ignite status to trigger Volcanic Eruption.
