Taking away quality on Scepters for Spirit.

With 20% quality You would get 20 spirit, with like, a 50% bonus chance, that becomes 30 spirit.

But they also a circle of passives that can give you up to 10% more spirit. And it's right at the center of the Witch's skill tree section, so I am going to guess that you can get these passives.

Of course, to match the 30 spirit, you'd need to have 300 spirit before the bonus from the passives applies. I think it's perfectly doable. You get 100 spirit baseline from beating campaign bosses. An extra 100 from Scepter. That's 200. An up to 50% bonus from the Scepter. That's 250. Just get some spirit from Torso and/or amulet and you should match the 300 or more. And now you don't have to waste all your arcanist etchers ever time you find a Scepter.
I don't want to waste my passive points for extra spirit. I want it on the damn scepters like they were. Doesn't matter though. The game pissed me off for the last time. Won't be turning it back on again for a long long while. When a LVL 83 Infernalist with tons of strong minions can't defeat a Tier 1 Vaal Factory boss I'm done.
they shouldnt deploy a bug fix that would cause issues to builds during league. They should instead wait until league end and also provide a solution not to make the game unplayable again .

The bug fix came with 0.2.0, which had a new league.

Let's just admit Scepters with this bug were overtuned, lol.
