Issue with Currency Exchange at Alva (Path of Exile 2)

Hello,
I have completed all acts in Path of Exile 2, but for some reason, the currency exchange option is not available at Alva. I have checked my hideout and talked to her there, but the issue persists. Could you please advise on what might be causing this and how to fix it?

Hi i have same issue :/

I found how to fix this issue.
You need to transfer your old characters to the new league.
You can do this in the character selection screen, and it will enable currency exchange and also solve the trading problem.
