Support is ghosting me?

Since December 2024, I purchased the complete "Liberator of Wraeclast Supporter" edition.
However, I never received the hoodie, T-shirt, and the artwork book.
I have clear proof that the package was never delivered.

The issue?
Support has been ignoring my requests and hasn't resolved the problem.
So I'm posting here in the hope that someone will finally take notice.

It’s now April 16, 2025 — I believe my request should have been handled by now, don’t you?

Yes have same issue - no reply since January 3rd even after I sent bump emails 5 times more after that :D

Not in any way excusing their response times - but you got no response because of the ‘bump’ emails; not despite them. Their queue orders pending tickets based on the time & date of the most recent email. Each time your ticket has approached the top of the queue, you’ve reset its place to the very bottom again. The good news is that this means the lack of a response to-date doesn’t mean there won’t be a response from them in the (hopefully near) future.

Ah all right. Just correction, bumped 3 times actually, 1 of them was response and follow up question.

Support response and my reply was 3rd January.
1st bump was 29th January, 2nd bump was 24th February
3rd bump was 13th April.

My worry is that the Art Pack that GGG asked if I want to get with my pack by that time will be gone out of stock.
