[0.2.0f] Newest rune types are not going to 'socketable' affinity in stash tab.

The newest rune types, are not recognized as socketables and are not going to the tab w/ the affinity.

These include Adept, Resolve, Robust, etc.

Also:

Simulacrum Splinters do not drop into Delirium tab. They are now probably just tagged as Fragment, and not Delirium. Add 2nd affinity to Delirium tab to allow them drop in there on players choise.

Yes, similacrum splinters should go to the slot for them in the deli tab I believe, however they are going to the frag tab. Breach splinters have the same behavior, albeit there is no 'custom' breach tab w/ a slot, but it is awkward. Breachstones as well go to frag tab.
