Server Unstable with High Spikes

The game has been unplayable for the last few days. I have been consistently getting these freeze and network server spikes ranging up to 500MS.
I see people talking about it in the GLOBAL Chat but seems like nothing is being done by the developers Last bumped on Apr 15, 2025, 7:04:50 PM

It'd help them investigate this if you followed this guide to provide debugging information.
I find it difficult to justify optional purchases to support a Tencent-owned development studio that declines to provide customers Technical Support, regardless of how many thousands of euros that customer has spent...

May not be related, but I heard them say in the last interview that servers in some areas have been encountering DDOS. Either way, you probably need to look for assistance in one of the technical sections.
