Lightning spear bug!!! Support Team attention plz!

Hi support Team.
I’ve discovered a bug with the Lightning Spear skill. It worked fine during the first few levels, but then it suddenly stopped functioning, even though all conditions were met. I tried using a new skill gem, but that didn’t help. The skill no longer displays any information and can’t be selected in the skill panel.

I tried restarting the game and using the second weapon slot, but nothing worked. I even crafted four gems for the skill, but it remains inactive. Please note that in the G skill panel, I can now insert an unlimited number of identical copies of this gem.

I also found lighting spear skill during starting level 4, suddenly did not work without show function key icon. disappear suddenly.

Please help me to fix it
