Audience with the the king one single death

Im on my first audience with the king, i died during the maze section and my game crashed, i come back and i cant rejoin the instance because i died but i know i should have atleast 3 more revives since this was my first death if not 5 more revives? this is a bug surely, if possible i feel my audience of the king should be returned if not the boss reopened, im sitting in my guild hideout staring at my crux of nothingness i cannot rejoin
