Cast on shock does not trigger the spells every time. It gets to 100% and then goes back to 0%. The skill says this:
"Triggers all socketed spells and loses all energy on reaching maximum energy"

I have sniper's mark as a socketed spell to give me frenzy charges but it does not do that always. It is 50-50 with Cast on Shock, sometimes it triggers spells and sometimes not.

There is another case with Cast on Critical. My critical hit chance is entirely 100% as you can see in the image below:


and if I use critical on strike + sniper's mark, it should always give me frenzy charge so my frenzy charge uptime should be 100%.

Sniper's mark says this: "Limit 1 marked target, next critical hit against marked enemy has 59% increased critical damage bonus". Direct hit with lightning spear works and gives me frenzy charge but with projectiles coming from lightning spear, they do not count as critical hit against the marked enemy. I also use tangletongue which forks critical hits to reroll the critical hit chances.

How to reproduce cast on shock issue?
- Enable it with these support gems:
1. Sniper's mark
2. Profusion
3. Energy retention
4. Overabundance

Then use lightning spear skill from huntress section and go kill monsters to gain energy. Pay attention to the cast on shock skill nearing 100% and pay attention to any indicators of frenzy charge around your character or on top of the UI. Sometimes you will get frenzy charge and sometimes not, it is not consistent, thus a bug.


How to reproduce cast on critical issue?
- Enable it with these support gems:
1. Lightning conduit
2. Sniper's mark
3. Profusion
4. Elemental focus

With 100% critical hit chance for main hand, it should always crit, including the projectiles from lightning spear skill which means it will always trigger the spells but you won't see yourself getting frenzy charges often at all which is weird.
