Bug Report: Despair Curse Unable to Cast

I'd like to report a bug. There is a certain probability that Despair Curse cannot be cast on terrains with obstacles. Even though the casting animation appears, there is no curse effect, which is extremely unfriendly to build centered around it.

When there are obstacles on the terrain, there's a certain probability that the skill cannot be cast, even though the casting animation appears. There's no curse effect on the ground or monsters. My character can walk over the obstacles, and there are no monsters interrupting the casting. However, there's no curse effect on the ground or monsters.

Despair Curse cannot be cast in many narrow terrains. There are stable areas in most narrow crossroads where skills cannot be cast. These terrains look perfectly normal, but for some reason, skills cannot be cast there

Yeah, it is horrible sometimes. You are using mana and are not getting the outcome. You cannot push with the skill on low mana - for sure.
I have died from it multiple times, and I would never use the skill if I want to play hardcore.
