hexblast doesn't trigger in any league

I tried hexblast in my old account and it didn't work there. Tried it in dawn of the hunt, and it still doesn't trigger. My entire build is built around hexblast, so I am 100% not coming back until that is fixed.
Nothing triggers. The animation goes through, but nothing happens. And I tried it with both blasphemy and non-blasphemy, and it doesn't work either way. Last bumped on Apr 14, 2025, 10:48:24 PM
