Oil Grenades should create Ignited ground when Oil is Ignited

So far I'm loving this dawn of the hunt update, but I noticed that the oil from oil Grenades won't ignite enemies while it is on fire...which doesn't make sense. Shouldn't flaming oil ignite monsters?

It definitely does, but like any ailment the chance to ignite will be based on the amount of damage done relative to the ailment threshold of the enemy. If your ignited ground isn't igniting enemies it's probably not dealing enough damage.

Oil Grenade has several bugs right now. It randomly doesn't ignite monsters even when it is flaming, and the oil doesn't spread if the grenade goes into certain terrain like tables or bookshelves.
