Guild Quartermaster – Vendor NPC for Guild Shop

In addition to the Guild Stash, I would like to propose an idea to improve trading within guilds. Guild members would have access to a new Vendor NPC in town/hideout, called “Guild Quartermaster.” Guild Quartermasters would serve as an in-game Guild Shop that allows guild members to purchase and sell their items to other guild members. Guilds wouldn’t come with a Guild Quartermaster when they're created, but guild leader could purchase via Microtransaction.

Obviously, if a player chooses SSF game mode, the Guild Quartermaster will not be accessible. One key benefit to a Guild Shop is its easier to police as the player access is limited within the guild organization. As a full blown Auction House is unlikely, this feature could be a great compromise.
