Remove exp punish in campaign

(commanded, urgent and critical) Abolish PATH OF EXILE II exp loss on death on every leveling.

TRuth is, the XP loss was above AND under your level.

So yes, its a mechanic.

This is like complaining you can't kill level 50 mobs at level 10. Some players seriously have a cognitive blackout when it comes to game design.
