We need more speed and more buffs

Nerfs to content are good and game is in better state now.

Please now make BUFFS, especially to movement abilities and speed. The game is still too slow which feels when you're backtracking (checkpoints helps but not always, i.e. looting a Breach).

Also Arbiter of Ash is garbage fight, even PoE1 Maven memory game feels like good mechanic now. It requires you to have blink it seems, even with 30% ms boots and multiple ms nodes in tree it could be impossible to defeat the boss during those stupid "memory game like" phases.

No wonder people who farm it do it with builds that skip mechanics.
