What is your max res with the jewel inserted?

Maybe I am just stupid but I am confident this is a bug, I understand the mechanics I am pretty sure, I have +1 max res from passive tree so have 76% with no gear/jewels, I put the jewel and it shows 77% max res, it should show 78% max res? I am not commenting on my actual effective cold res, I know I only have 77% actual cold res so can only reach that regardless of max res

you were right after testing, my bad, but its kind of confusing, I thought it would always show my max potential cold res even if i didnt have enough actual cold res to reach it
