Minions Sceptre weapon slot 1 bug - POE 2

My minions have all despawned and when i weapon swap they will not come back. I removed the 2nd weapon and the game does not show the weapon in slot 1. All my gems and support gems are green and i meet the stats. Please fix this bug as it took me forever to get this weapons.

Contacted support and was told to post here for this bug. Very sad about this i worked a while to get this weapons. Yellow items are not dropping in the game enough for me to scrap this weapoin.
