Focus No Longer Grants Defense When Unarmed with Poisonous Concoction

After the recent update of Path of Exile 2, I noticed an issue related to the Focus attribute when using Poisonous Concoction with an unarmed setup. Previously, Focus still provided defensive bonuses (such as ES or resistances). However, in the current patch, when using Poisonous Concoction unarmed, Focus appears to no longer grant any defensive benefits at all. There was no mention of this change in the official patch notes, so this may be an unintended bug introduced in the update. I hope the development team can review the Focus mechanics when interacting with unarmed attacks.
