Ligurium Talisman - Modifiers to 'Life Regen' are not applied to ES Recovery p/s from Regen

What:

The item Ligurium Talisman Lapis Amulet unique modifier 'Life Regeneration is applied to Energy Shield Instead' is not impacted by any modifications to 'Life Regeneration rate.

However, 'Energy Shield Recovery Per Second from Regeneration': is impacted by increases to 'Maximum Energy Shield'.

Suspected Issue:

Modification to 'Life Regeneration Rate' are not being used to calculate the base value used to create the initial value for 'Energy Shield Recovery Per second from regeneration'.

The total value for 'Energy Shield Recovery Per second' then uses the Maximum Energy shield value to determine total value.

Suggested Change:

If the current wording on the unique is intended and this unique is the only source of the modifier 'ES Recovery per second from regeneration':

Then the following should be true;

1. Any modifier that would impact 'Life Regeneration' should apply to the value of 'Energy Shield Recovery per second from regeneration'.
1.b. 'ES Recovery Per second from Regeneration' should not be impacted by Maximum ES.

Notes and Impact

In the uniques current state any modification such as 'Regenerate Maximum Life per second' are multiplicative with 'Maximum Energy Shield'. Such that using this unique and stacking Max ES, 'Max Life', and 'Regen % life per second could potentially be abused.
