Twitch drops

Hello! I’ve encountered a problem with receiving a Twitch Drop. I watched the stream on Twitch for 3 hours, as required for the drop. After that, I clicked “Claim Reward.” However, the reward never appeared, neither in the first part of the game nor in the second. I then double-checked all the information to make sure my Twitch account is correctly linked to my game account — and yes, everything is linked properly. This issue concerns the “Azmeri Noble Deer Pet” reward.

It's accessible normally by going to your profile page, clicking "Manage Account" on the right, scrolling down to "Social Connections" and clicking the "View Rewards" button under Twitch.

This will confirm for you that the link is working properly, and in some cases forces an update so the mtx shows up in game for you.
It doesn't appear for me in PoE1, so I think it's PoE2-only for now.
