[Resolved] (Cruel) Act 1 King of the mist reward issue

Hello support team,

My character happened to die at the monent King of the Mist died. Upon respawning, the alter in Freythorn gone dark and not able to interact with, while also not able to get the reward for increasing my character's Spirit, boss encounter icon on the map also marked as completed.

Would it be alright if you can look into this and is my character able to get the reward for Spirit back?
