I hate Trials of Chaos with every fiber of my being

Just as the title reads. This is my first time every playing a Poe game and I was definitely enjoying it all the way up until I had to do the damn trials of chaos. This is the most overturned, busted, and not fun part of the game. I actually went from build theory crafting for every ascendancy possible to just not wanting to play the game at all because of how stupid, tedious, and annoying this damn trial is.

Who tf decided it should be a good idea to make soul cores take 10 fucking years to place in the damn altar. Who tf decided that 100 monsters should spawn in every 10 fucking seconds. Has any of the devs even played this section of the damn game? I feel like this is something that could've and should've been fixed in the most recent patch. The fact most people have to wait till they are 5+ levels above the damn quest is so damn stupid. I refuse the play this until they fix the stupid balancing on this section of the game. It's actually frustrating me more than D4 was and that's saying something. If they don't fix this before release I and multiple others will not be playing this game for long after this section. Which sucks because I love the game. but this is one of the biggest killers of fun and power fantasy that I've ever seen in a ARPG in years. Please someone fix this or just get rid of it so I can go back to having fun.

I have what is likely a very unpopular opinion on Trial of Chaos: I like it.

I despise Trial of Sekhemas though. It eats me alive with those debuffs. I avoid all the bad ones until there is no choice because the game said so. Then end up dying to the last boss, right when I could have had my last two ascendency points, because my honor was low coming in.

The only thing Trial of Chaos that I don't care for is the mass spawns - but that is because my PC cannot render them fast enough. Happens with strongboxes, delirium tears, etc. Usually I need to hit escape for a bit and hope the CPU can render the stuff next time I unpause :(

biggest issue is the RNG of affixes, just make the damn trial challenging by mechanics to solve not "this rng bullshit will spawn and oneshot you when u play another mechanic"
