Elemental equilibrium sabotages its own power fantasy.

Elemental equilibrium currently removes all exposures if you are dealing all elemental damage types with one hit. This seems to work against its power fantasy of allowing builds that deal a significant amount of all elemental damage to access penetration.

If you activated this rune by having a small amount of other elemental damage on your weapon it would not help you much to inflict exposure of that type.

Currently the rune sabotages you if you inflict a significant split of elemental damage with each hit (say painters gloves) and the only time it works is if you are swapping between elemental abilities with every hit. Using things like painters gloves which should benefit from the rune you end up ruining any exposure you had.

I don't know if this is intended but if it is, it makes the rune extremely niche and tedious to use.
