misinteraction between Totems and allies' buff(especially for tactician)

Totems now gain no buff from many ways that can benefit allies, no matter from passive skills or ascendency passives.I don't know why you pay no attention to this as if tactician is not part of this game.It's so ridiculous to design an ascendency class that focus on allies but without enough minion passive skills for support and proper interactions between totems(even if Artillery Ballista is much weaker than Ancestral Warrior Totem and cause much less damage). Why you never design a totem just like Ancestral Warrior Totem that can use grenade skills socketed for Tactician? Are you still caring about balance between classes? Are you still caring about all your players?
You're losing your innovation and creation for this game. No Free BD constructions(wrong skill choices suffered in the main part and can never pass the endgame contents), No proper interaction between players and monsters(so weak resistance to high damage and weak armor efficiency provide little defence during most of the time, kill each other in one second is the only interaction between players and monsters now),no timely replies for bugs hurting players but nerfing anything can benefit them, no second thought before decison(80% more or 100% less, are you kidding? Spectres cost(mostly 70+)is well designed?) If you don't want to produce a better poe game,please never named it as poe2,ok?
