The coming calamity heroic armour herald bug

I got the chest armour in path of exile 2. For some reason it won’t let me put support gems in any of the herald skills. Every support skill is greyed out on it. I meet the attribute requirement for each skill.

Id also add to this, The armor also crashes the game (everytime) when you open the skill gem tab and just hover over the heralds. ( i dont meet the requirements)
There can only be one Box, and that is the BOX from HELL.
