If you have created the unnecessarily problem of the sub-account stuff, which surely encumbers the Support team a lot, at least bring some more people in. You can afford it.

I`m complaining about non responsive Support and the stupid Sub-account thing. I need to transfer my MXT from one subacc. to another.

I don`t think Blizzard creates the same issues with Steam version of D4.

I`ll actually try that and send a fake request to their Support team and see how fast they react.
With the next Season start, so we match the "work load" let`s say.
