Cataclysm's Wake Bug

When I killed the final boss in the Corrupted Nexus, I died to bleed right after, and it was my last remaining life. When I revived, it sent me back to my hideout. When I clicked on the map, it showed me a cutscene over the tower, but the quest didn’t complete and now there's no Corrupted Nexus on the map. What should I do?
