User interface is too transparent to read

We need the modifier tier UI elements to be BOLDER AND DARKER

I cannot read the tiers, the other menus such as inventory have horizontal lines that OBSCURE THE TIER TOOLTIPS

How many modifiers are on my maps? I cannot see the right side bracketed transparent colored boxes which group tiers, they are directly over the UI elements of the charm slots in my open inventory

PLEASE FIX HOW TRANSPARENT THE BACKGROUND AND TIER INDICATORS ARE WHEN INSPECTING AN ITEM
