T16 + irradiated + corrupted +1 level On a nexus map - die in boss fight

During a map T16 + 2 levels, or T18 for the last talent book, this map was a nexus.

I died during the boss fight, I respawned with the map clear of all mobs (orange altar, normal).
I defeated the boss, I obtained the talent book from points 7 and 8, but the nexus boss never appeared.

It seems to me that the nexus boss should have appeared.
