Golden charm not triggering with ingenuity belt

The charm has 80 from 80 charges killing uniques/rares does not trigger it, also in the bottom left info of the charm it says 0/0 instead of 1/1

Ingenuity has a "% increased Charm Charges used" mod? Then the required amount of charges will be more than 80 and you won't be able to use it. It doesn't seem to change the charm tooltip. |
