Ascention quest not progressing

I`ve recieved 4 points
Current active quest step is "Return to caravan and speak to Zarka", however Zarka does not have any quest dialog options.
I tried to work around the bug - payed for carry service (1 div for Sekhemas trial final bosskill), however i could not interact with the altar at the end of the trial and get points ( 1 div wasted T_T)

Same. I don't know the game well enough to try workarounds but Zarka has no active dialogue even though the Ascent to Power quest shows on my side bar. I've tried portaling to other places. logging out and back in.
