[SUGGESTION] Make Soul Cores craftable like Runes

You made it with Runes and seems to work well, why not making it also to Soul Cores. Soul Cores have the same ability as Runes and that is boosting defences and add special benefits.

For example adding 7% chaos resistance is too low especially when sockets in not corrupted gear is limited.

Its awesome to see Greater Soul Core of Tacati or Greater Soul Core of Quipolatl even if the increased effect has low boost.
