The Slithering Dead - can't get to Servi anymore (Venom quest)

Finished the campaign and I just had this quest remaining. Done it, and had my window open with the Venom choices open. Right at that moment I get a trade whisper. I closed the window, and while trying to do the trade the person was lower lvl and I ported to their area in act2. After the trade I tried to go back to the Ziggurat Encampment and when I got there I was in the past. The portal was not there, although I could see the orange entrance, but no portal. I have to Ziggurats...Encampment & Refuge and both are (Past). I went to any zone in Present which turned my Encamp as (pesent) but same thing happened when I ported. It sent me to past with no portal. I went to Normal and found Servi and got the artificer orb, but no Venom. I can't figure out how to get to Servi Cruel to get the Venom.

Solved it by going to The Drowned City (Present) and walking to the entrance to the Encampment from there.
