Shield Charge Problem(As a main skill)

Hello, I am playing Chayula monk with poison shield charge in 0.2.
It's not a strong but okay build if you can accept a clunky BD.

However, I am not sure if it's the collision issue in the whole game.
If I met mosquito and larger flying minion I can't use shield charge to do damage. Imaging you're an lightening amazon randomly met an lightening immune minion. It's disgusting.

Also, seem glory won't be used if you're interupted. Can shield charge not be in cooldown if attack be interupted by minion? (Or most of the cooldown can benefit also?)

Hello, I am also having similar problems with Shield Charge as a main skill. I am using it for a bleed build.

The collision doesnt hit flying mobs at all and the biggest problem is that it doesnt collide with certain bosses properly.
For example Tor Gul the Defiler the map boss version. The shield charge just flys past the boss and doesn't collide.
Hope this gets resolved, because im enjoying Poe 2 with this build alot.
