Blasphemy?

What does Leveling up Blasphemy do? I just leveled it from 10->13 there is no difference shown no explanation of anything changing. Is there even a point in leveling up this skill?

PS.
When I say "no explanation" what I mean is when you hover over the skill with the ability to upgrade it from a higher level gem, the description does not show any change in what the ability does out side of it requiring more Stats. This includes showing advanced details under the Buff or Curses tab of the skill description. This would lead me to believe that there is no point in leveling the skill at all, which I believe goes against the idea of wanting players to level all of their skills to the highest.

when you use "alt" and hover over the skill gem description and click on the "curse" window instead of "buff" the skill gem tells you that curses used that way have a effect penalty when use with blasphemy

the penalty decreases with gemn level but only on every 2nd lvl if i remember right

so a high lvl gem would need more stats to use but have a stronger curse effect

im not quite sure, did u check everything? like it has this "curse effect decreased by XX%" maybe that changes?
but yeah, if not, u got ur answer, ithink many spirit gems and also others are not worth lvling considering the cost

Yes as explained in the PS. Even when checking "curse effect decreased by XX%" using advanced details I don't see change.
