Eye of Winter doesn't work with Elemental Storm

Elemental Storm is an Orb with Elemental subtypes, and as such it doesn't empower Eye of Winter. Patch notes state the following:

"

Eye of Winter now gains bonus elemental damage when passing through other elemental orbs like Solar Orb, Orb of Storms or Frost Bomb.

This means that the intention is to have any orb with elemental subtypes, but it seems it was either hard coded to just Solar, Storm, and Frost, or Elemental Storm is not being treated as an orb.

To note, it's well documented that Elemental Storm doesn't work with the totem/orb support gems despite having the tag and being able to slot these gems in. So its very possible there is something very wrong with how Elemental Storm works under the hood.

Yup! I tested it myself too and it's not working.
