Huge nerf to Tame Beast from removing Haste modifier on fast mobs

Is this hopefully something that will only impact campaign? It would be a shame to neuter anyone wanting to try out Tame Beast only to see that strong modifiers are impossible to find now. (patch notes list this under Act 1, but the original update post had it as a generic entry)

Sucks if we lose access to this due to all the whining about monster speed. It hurts those of us who are actually enjoying the game

I think the patch notes just said that monsters that were already natively fast wouldn't get it, not that haste aura would be gone from all.
Impatience is insatiable.
Theres a lot of other general nerfs to monsters as well though, such as:

"Werewolf Prowlers and Tendril Prowlers now will enter a walking stance (as opposed to running) after performing a melee action, they will only begin running again if you get a certain distance away from them. This behaviour has been applied to many faster monsters."
