ATLUS MAP BUG??? Unable to Traverse Map Nodes

There's some nodes on the map I cannot Traverse.
I apply the waystones and I am unable to proceed.

The current problematic ones are:

the nodes where there should be a MERCHANT, I've only been able to do 1 ever, and that was the very first one I've seen. The others don't even have a light shining from them.

The weird looking TEMPLE nodes that have ominous descriptions. Won't let me traverse.

The CORRUPTED NEXUS node(s) I am unable to traverse even though I have an objective telling me to complete one. I have not been able to traverse one.

I still cannot progress my atlus map quests. Please look into this for next patch. :(
