lightning spear + volt = duo heralds

many people in the past said PoE2 was too "easy" and 99% of those who had said that were playing the known broken builds (spark and duo herald tech). If you ever played anything outside those, you know what I'm talking about.

clearing the whole screen (and beyond) makes the gameplay trivial as one doesn't experience the challenges that the mobs present.

and yet again, we have the duo heralds disguised as lightning spear + volt. this thing is way overtuned and the more is takes to balance it, the more resistance GGG will face to transition to the desirable gameplay. In addition, this leaves a bad taste to other players who had their characters nerfed to the oblivion and are waiting for proper damage balancing.
