Infinite Loading Screen Issue on PS5 – Assistance Require

Didn't experience this at all until now (didn't play during this week, but a lot last weekend), currently stuck in A6 chimeral wetlands.

I could load it an hour ago, or so, where I just went in to get the waypoint, and I can play a different character (which is in a different zone ofc), so I assume it's a particular thing which cannot be loaded, like a rogue exile, or idk. Unfortunately you have no way of creating a new instance, so I will try again in half an hour, when hopefully the current instance is gone.

Edit: Played the other char for 45 min, now I could load in again. Probably you want to not retry every 5 min, to not keep the instance alive, but rather also wait for a while, before retrying...

Yup, game crashed during The Trial Of Chaos run and now I can't get back in, character is in some eternal limbo it seems.

We had the same issue in couch coop, act 1. When we tried to launch as solo player it worked. Went back to character select, now the game loaded in with both players.

Might worth a try if you play coop.

Literally cant play the game in act 3, boutta just uninstall this dogshit lol

Having the same issue. I’m playing huntress in act 3. Going into Infested barren from ziggurat camp and all I get is the infinite loading screen.

this happened to me a couple times. Each time I had to go to an alt and play for a bit and then return. I read it happens a lot on ramparts which is what got me the first time.

just to add one more entry... my wife has the exact same issue. We like to do the Chaos Trial 10 rooms as kind of daily to stack up on currency and for days it is pure luck if she is able to get in or stuck in the loading screen.
The only possibility is to reset the instance or wait until the instance has collapsed due to the timeout.

GGG support: I assume that a lot of players on console are having this issue. Most are not aware of the forums or in general just too lazy to login here and report the issue. Please don't just ignore the problem because your forums don't have that many reports on it!

Still have issue - I do not have an item filter.

Same here, a character is blocked in loading screen to jungle ruins act 2 normal even after restart the game multiple times but only for this character. No issues with other character.
May i assume i have to delete my character and loose all its items?

Edit : i was able to play for 30 minutes after disabling my filter but infinite loading screen again and cannot play my character ☹️
