New atlas point system (nexus)
Yet another failed system and attempt to save this endless atlas nonesense, it has been 2 days, and I ve been none-stop running maps to get my atlas points sadly im only halfway there, and my atlas is a mess and i can't settle in some area to farm because i need those points.
Now im omw to get 9th(17-18th) atlas passives and checked all nearby towers in fog , all of them are regular ones and none corrupted i need to travel at least a tile further to get another point (assuming there will be corrupted areas), and keep doing this nonesense . I wonder have they even tested this bullshit new mechanics because at this point i am pretty bored dont feel like keep going. First you need to do endless campaign, now yet another endless process to get atlas points it keeps getting worse and worse. It’s better than 0.1 getting atlas points. You had to run 10 t1/2 maps for first 2 points.
Also nothing stopping you from “settling” in. Tables drop so much and less towers so “settling” in and “juicing” map areas isn’t really a thing. Go explore the atlas and have fun… or don’t w.e Last edited by lolbam#6898 on Apr 10, 2025, 3:08:51 PM

Well you didnt need to run all t1s get the point, any tier above the quest was fine. You need atlas points to buff tablets and juice maps, just tablets is not enough, any experienced poe players knows that sorry for the offense but it seems you dont really know the game well enough to tell the difference.
Running aimlessly might be fun for you but its not for everyone, who is stopping you from exploring go explore that is your way of having fun what i want is finding items that is why I or we play arpg right i want to settle and find items. Btw I completed like over 200 waystones lets say 5mins for each (conservative estimate) it makes like 1k mins almost 18 hours you really think spending 30 hours is justified for to get atlas points ? " No offense taken.. like I said 10 tier 1/2 maps… not just T1. New system is better you can zoom up to T15s in half the time. You get higher tier waystones much quicker I only filled out the atlas twice in 0.1.0 once in trade league and mostly completed on HCSSF besides some pinnacle content. I’m finding this end game/atlas much more enjoyable… I will have to complete it a few times to give fair compensation. Once in trade and on HCSSF 0.2.0 atlas much more engaging and interesting/fun And side note… with GGG buffing players more.. and overall making the game less rewarding/easy. Seems like everyone just wants to zoom through campaign and zoom through end game. Fucking sucks… GGG fucked by not nerfing the shit out of OP builds immediately…. People just mindlessly running around…. Aimlessly Last edited by lolbam#6898 on Apr 10, 2025, 3:48:03 PM

If they just let us run it at higher tier and get the points for the lower tiers, it would be fine as it is

"I am not saying the other system was perfect but it was working okay, now i am constantly running to get my atlas passives i dont like this, in old system you can still explore and get points what is the difference for you ? Now, if i want settle somewhere and juice 20-30 maps i need to spend like a day to do those no atlas points gained whatsoever in the process and im doing half-juiced maps. How long would it take for me to get all my passives a month or never ? at least in old system every map counted for progression. For campaign, this league i started with lich i hated it. Therefore, i had to roll another character or skip the league i forced mysefl to roll another character now tell me again what makes it fun spending another 15 hours in campaign ? I will go play wither 3 or something like that if i want to get campaign experience arguably they are far far better, we are playing arpg you guys are forgetting that we want to blast why would anyone want to waste 15 hours in campaign ?
