cannot access endgame content

Im getting the legend
"you cannot access endgame content until you have completed the campaign" when i try tu use a waystone lvl1
and i already defeat doryani and got no other quest aviable

The "last part" of the campaign is running a map from the Ziggurat Refuge. While it's a little annoying, every character has to run its first map from the Ziggurat Refuge before they can use the map device in the Hideout.
