Demon Form Spirit costs are doubled for all skills.

As the title says, while demon form is active all spirit costs for all skills are doubled for some reason. It's not listed anywhere as a part of demon form. It's also definitely not a visual glitch as I physically cannot equip withering presence + Blasphemy in demon form, despite having 99 spirit (no weapons equipped in either slot and no supports on either skill).

Also, idk if the new cost of 18.5 hp per second is a bug, accident, or actually intended but that's a 1850% nerf from before. It's extreme overkill. It's quite literally impossible for demon form in it's current state to ever outscale a wand + focus, even at max investment. You'd need somewhere near 4000 hp regen per second and that's not possible lol. Right now the theoretical cap is like 120 stacks, which is nowhere near as good as just turning the form off with the exact same build and equipping wand + focus instead. Idk, seems like a bug to me. I can't imagine why else a major ascension node would be objectively worse than choosing nothing at all.

Do you have supports on Demon Form that give it a Spirit cost?

From what I remember seeing from people in this forum before 0.2.0, it looked like there was an issue with Spirit skills that could be toggled as a skill activation doubling that skill's Spirit cost--without updating the available Spirit.

This led to people with Vitality and Clarity on Demon Form, and not being able to use their last 30 Spirit with Demon Form active.

No offense, but your question is answered right there in my post. It says no support gems on skills. This is not a matter of extra spirit costs. In no uncertain terms, every single spirit skill in the game costs 2x if you have demon form active. That's it. Has nothing to do with supports. Withering presence is 60, blasphemy is 120, so on and so fourth. Like it's just a flat 2x value on every single thing with spirit costs. Even supports cost 2x more than normal if you equip only vitality as an example. Also, you can't even use vitality and such as a support on demon form anymore. You can equip it, but it will not work or do anything at all. It has 0 cost and 0 effect. No spirit based support does anything when socketed to demon form since .2 released.

I have noticed the same issue for myself. Every spirit cost while In demon for is double. And it's really hard to figure build out or how even to get enough spirit to manage the increase in cost. I'm hoping it's a bug and will get fixed soon.
